By very popular demand from her last training with the Nonprofit Alliance of Monterey County, Erin Fogg of Spoke Consulting joined NAMC once again for a jam packed seminar designed to teach leaders how to focus on what it means to use their "why." Her focus was how to effectively engage staff, volunteers, and contractors to expand their capacity and amplify their reach. Erin reviewed best practices for managing folks to maximize creativity, innovation, and results—including what they need to know about themselves before engaging others, and how to craft a scope of work that helps creative experts inform their efforts while centering their unique vision and mission.

Prior to founding Spoke Consulting, Erin was the vice president and highest producing consultant at a boutique strategic communications firm in Marin County.
