What Sets Our Work Apart

Examples of our three architectural video production packages

Each package represents a distinct storytelling approach. Any property can be filmed in any format. The difference is not the listing price — it’s the production design you order.

Cinematic Architectural Films

Our Packages Explained

We take a cinematic storytelling approach designed specifically for luxury properties, standout architectural structures, and meaningful development projects. These three film formats outlined below allow clients to choose the style of storytelling that best fits their goals.

Architectural Video by Mike Buffo, House of 8 Media

A cinematic property film designed to present a luxury listing as an experience rather than a simple property tour. Filmed from both ground and aerial perspectives and edited with precise music pacing, these films focus on atmosphere, light, architecture, and lifestyle.

Ideal for:
  • Music-driven with no on-camera speaking
  • Focused on mood, design, and emotional impact
  • Can include high-concept storytelling (lifestyle scenes, narrative moments, creative concepts woven through the property)
  • Best for generating standout, memorable marketing that stops the scroll

Deliverables include:
  • Cinematic film (Landscape 16:9)
  • Social media version (Vertical 9:16)

There are no interviews or narration — just immersive visual storytelling that makes the home feel iconic and memorable.

Architecture_web page presentations

A refined cinematic tour that blends visual storytelling with a brief on-camera introduction and closing from the architect, agent, or project lead. This format allows the viewer to experience the architecture while also hearing the vision behind it.

Ideal for:
  • Includes light on-camera presence (intro and/or outro with agent)
  • Combines cinematic visuals with a subtle, natural walkthrough
  • Helps buyers understand layout while still feeling elevated and polished
  • Best for listings where clarity and agent connection both matter

Deliverables include:
  • Cinematic tour film (Landscape 16:9)
  • Vertical social media version (9:16)

The focus remains on design, light, and spatial experience while giving the presenter a short opportunity to frame the story.

Architecture_hotels, historic homes, and big builds

A narrative-driven film that captures the story of a project over time. These productions may include interviews, matched-frame construction sequences, and cinematic footage documenting how the project evolved from concept to completion.

Ideal for:
  • Deep storytelling approach with interviews and narrative elements
  • Often filmed over time, capturing the evolution of the property
  • Highlights architect, builder, design intent, and process
  • Best for portfolios, legacy properties, and long-term brand storytelling

Deliverables include:
  • Long-form mini documentary (Landscape 16:9)
  • Short trailer version for marketing
  • Matched-frame still sequences from ground and aerial perspectives
Architecture_hotels, historic homes, and big builds

This format is designed to communicate the vision, craftsmanship, and transformation of the development.

Frequently Asked Questions

You’re right — you can. And cheaper options exist for a reason. But when your listing is a $5M, $15M, or $50M property, the question isn’t what does this cost? — it’s what does a bad video cost? Disorienting edits, unmotivated cuts, poorly-timed footage shot at the sub-optimal time of day, and amateur music/sound effect choices don’t just fail to impress buyers — they actively undermine your brand presence wherever that video is played. Our work is priced to reflect the caliber of the properties we shoot and the reputation of the agents we work with. We also offer packages that scale with property price, so you’re never overpaying for a smaller listing.

The data is clear:

Video isn’t a luxury add-on. For high-end listings, it’s the standard buyers expect and the edge agents need.

It’s what we do. We have produced listing videos for properties valued up to $103,000,000. We understand the discretion, precision, and aesthetic standard that ultra-luxury real estate demands — from what gets omitted to stalking the light-track of every shadow – we generate a sequenced cinematic edit which never disappoints. If the property is extraordinary, we treat it that way.

Actually, it doesn’t — and there’s a strategic advantage to releasing it separately. When a listing goes live, there’s an initial wave of activity. Releasing the video shortly after creates a powerful second surge of engagement, re-energizing interest in the property and reaching buyers who may have scrolled past the first time. Don’t rush the edit process. We’ll do that for you!

We reschedule at no additional cost to you. We’re experienced at reading conditions, coordinating around weather windows, and making the call early so our day isn’t wasted. Sun, golden hour, and blue skies aren’t just nice — they’re part of the product. We don’t shoot in conditions that compromise quality.

Yes. We’ve built our operation specifically for agents who are always active in the market. We have dedicated real estate video teams, experienced video editors who specialize exclusively in real estate — so your listings move through the pipeline with consistency, speed, and the same standard of quality whether it’s your first shoot with us or your fiftieth.

Unlimited — we revise until you love it. In practice, we rarely go beyond a round or two because we work carefully to understand your vision before we ever start cutting. But we won’t release anything until you confirm it’s right.

All raw footage is copyright-protected under our production company, as is standard practice for subcontractor work under copyright law. However, you receive unlimited usage rights for all final exported deliverables — meaning you can use your finished videos across your website, social media, listing platforms, and any other marketing channels without restriction.

Yes — and we’ve made it accessible. Our packages scale with the property, so you’re not paying a luxury rate for an entry-level listing. Every home deserves to be presented well, and every seller deserves an agent who invests in marketing their property. We make it easy to say yes at every price point.

Absolutely. Share your style guide, logo, and any brand references you love, and we’ll align every video to your visual identity — fonts, colors, pacing, music, and tone. Our work should feel like you, just at a cinematic level.

We may not own one of the mansions that we get to shoot every day but we have seen them all. From Architectural Digest-worthy interiors to estate grounds that require multi-drone choreography, we know how luxury buyers think, what catches their eye, and how to make a property feel aspirational — not just available. Our portfolio speaks for itself.

We’re often available sooner than you’d expect — sometimes the very day you call. Reach out and we’ll find the fastest window that works for the property and the light.

Yes. Agents who work with us on an ongoing basis qualify for our Preferred Partner program, which includes retainer pricing, priority scheduling, a dedicated chat channel with our video editors, and priority account management. If you’re consistently active in the market, let’s talk about building a partnership that works for your volume and your budget.

About Your Cinematographer

Mike Buffo

DJI Ronin 4D Camera Operator

“The right video of a home isn’t meant to show everything — it’s meant to make someone feel something. When it works, it’s like a lightning bolt into the heart of the viewer: just enough to stop them mid-scroll, spark a question, and make them pick up the phone. That’s the standard I’ve held myself to since I began, and it’s what degrees in acting and directing, a career built in the documentary world, and over a decade of filming real estate have sharpened into a very specific eye. I believe every room has one singular way of being shown — one angle, one movement, one frame — and I hunt for it at every property I shoot. The rooms that don’t serve the story don’t make the cut, because attention spans are short and every second has to earn its place. My editorial team is an extension of me — they know my standards, my pacing, and how to cut my clips together with music that matches the tone of the home — so they just can’t press pause. One just has to watch it all the way to the end. I’ve optimized every part of my process so that the video is in your hands in days, not weeks. When you work with us, we become a temporary extension of your marketing team — not just a vendor you hire once, but a trusted resource for every property that qualifies for this level of presentation. You deserve a collaborator who brings the full weight of a career’s storytelling craft to every listing — and if you’ve read this far and you’re still thinking about it, just fill out the form and book a call. I’d love to answer your questions.”
