Middlebury Institute of International Studies @ Monterey

Our partnership with the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey began with a simple goal: make their marketing videos easier, faster, and more effective. Together, we reimagined their entire video production workflow—from planning and shooting to editing and delivery—so their team could consistently publish high-quality content at scale. The result was a system capable of producing more than 300 short-form videos per year without sacrificing quality or clarity.

Beyond execution, the work became deeply collaborative. We covered everything from complex, multi-subject productions and expert interviews to drone footage, social-first videos, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. Each project was an opportunity to refine the process, test new creative approaches, and adapt to the Institute’s evolving needs—always with the goal of helping their stories travel further and land more powerfully.

That collaboration paid off. Over the course of our work together, Middlebury dramatically expanded its video reach—by more than 600%—while building a sustainable, repeatable production model.
