If you are representing distinctive residential or commercial projects on the Monterey Peninsula—and generic real estate video tours aren’t doing your listings or your brand justice—this service is built for you. Who This Is For
Realtors

Luxury listings compete for attention in crowded digital marketplaces. Our architectural films help agents elevate standout properties so they capture attention, create emotional connection, and attract qualified buyers. These films are designed to help listings stand out online, strengthen an agent’s personal brand, and support faster, higher-value transactions by presenting a property as a compelling experience rather than just another listing.
Architects

Great architecture deserves documentation that communicates the vision behind the design. Our films help architects present their work in a way that reveals the materials, light, movement, and spatial experience that photography alone cannot capture. These films become powerful portfolio assets used to win new clients, support award submissions, secure editorial coverage, and build a lasting archive of a firm’s most meaningful projects.
Design-Build Firms & Developers

Major projects deserve more than static documentation. Our films help development teams capture the story and impact of a project from concept to completion. These cinematic records become strategic assets used for investor updates, project marketing, stakeholder communication, and long-term portfolio building—helping firms demonstrate the scale, craftsmanship, and transformation behind their work.
Cinematic Architectural Films
Our Packages
We take a cinematic storytelling approach designed specifically for luxury properties, standout architectural structures, and meaningful development projects. These three film formats outlined below allow clients to choose the style of storytelling that best fits their goals.
A cinematic property film designed to present a luxury listing as an experience rather than a simple property tour. Filmed from both ground and aerial perspectives and edited with precise music pacing, these films focus on atmosphere, light, architecture, and lifestyle.
- Music-driven with no on-camera speaking
- Focused on mood, design, and emotional impact
- Can include high-concept storytelling (lifestyle scenes, narrative moments, creative concepts woven through the property)
- Best for generating standout, memorable marketing that stops the scroll
Deliverables include:
- Cinematic film (Landscape 16:9)
- Social media version (Vertical 9:16)
There are no interviews or narration — just immersive visual storytelling that makes the home feel iconic and memorable.
A refined cinematic tour that blends visual storytelling with a brief on-camera introduction and closing from the architect, agent, or project lead. This format allows the viewer to experience the architecture while also hearing the vision behind it.
- Includes light on-camera presence (intro and/or outro with agent)
- Combines cinematic visuals with a subtle, natural walkthrough
- Helps buyers understand layout while still feeling elevated and polished
- Best for listings where clarity and agent connection both matter
Deliverables include:
- Cinematic tour film (Landscape 16:9)
- Vertical social media version (9:16)
The focus remains on design, light, and spatial experience while giving the presenter a short opportunity to frame the story.
A narrative-driven film that captures the story of a project over time. These productions may include interviews, matched-frame construction sequences, and cinematic footage documenting how the project evolved from concept to completion.
- Deep storytelling approach with interviews and narrative elements
- Often filmed over time, capturing the evolution of the property
- Highlights architect, builder, design intent, and process
- Best for portfolios, legacy properties, and long-term brand storytelling
Deliverables include:
- Long-form mini documentary (Landscape 16:9)
- Short trailer version for marketing
- Matched-frame still sequences from ground and aerial perspectives
This format is designed to communicate the vision, craftsmanship, and transformation of the development.
Flying cameras over architecture since 2014;
back when we had to build the drones ourselves.
What Sets Our Work Apart

A selection of films exploring different ways architecture can be experienced on screen.

Every frame is built around your concept, not quick-turn listing conventions.
Narrative over novelty
We capture how it feels to inhabit the space—flow, layout, landscaping, materials, vantage points—not drone spam
Local expertise
Deep experience with coastal light, weather, access, and sensitive locations across Carmel, Pebble Beach, Big Sur, and beyond.
End-to-end clarity
Transparent scoping, scheduling, and approvals so your team isn’t dragged into endless review cycles.
How to Work With Us
Start by completing our short form and booking a consultation, or simply call the office line. If you book a consultation, you will receive a confirmation email and reminders automatically. During our consult, I will provide a quote on the phone with our package choices with pricing scaled to the listing price of the home. This proposal becomes our production design and will incorporate any special concepts we develop in our consult. Once we officially engage, we schedule the shoot date and coordinate property access.
Production is handled by a single experienced crew member using a gimbal-integrated cinema package, capturing dynamic movement in 4K from the ground and from the sky. We only film when conditions are ideal, and we are expert light-trackers. If weather is not ideal or if the home is not ready on the date we chose, we will reschedule at no extra cost. If we do capture the production day and the footage does not meet your creative standards, we will return and reshoot at no additional cost.
Before editing begins, provide your company graphics. Our editorial team edits the footage in our signature style and delivers the film within five business days after our internal review. You will receive a private Vimeo review link where you can leave time-coded notes directly on the video. Our standard is one review cycle and we usually nail it on the first review, but we continue refining with unlimited revisions until everyone with creative approval is completely satisfied, then deliver downloadable files ready for your distribution.
