About the Event
This immersive session was facilitated by the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) utilizing the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Spectrum Tool. This unique new resource developed by the Meyer Memorial Fund helps assess where you are on your DEI journey and how to identify ways to make greater progress integrating equity in your programs, partnerships, outreach, staffing and leadership.
Caroline Haskell, Pheroze Karai, and Sue Parris are experienced consultants and trainers with the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI). NCBI is a nonprofit leadership development network focusing on eliminating racism and all other forms of oppression. NCBI has provided training in Monterey County for nearly 30 years including DEI peer learning groups for the Center for Nonprofit Excellence.
